On here you can read my monthly newsletter, and see a weekly agenda (on the calendar below). Under PDF documents you will be able to find (and print) your child’s vocabulary, Spanish grading procedures, our classroom discipline plan, and other helpful information. About Señora Barker:I was born and grew up in Panama, Central America where my parents lived for 32 years. I earned my B.A. from Taylor University in Indiana with a Major in English and a Minor in Spanish. I have a Masters in Elementary Ed. from Columbia International University in South Carolina. I have been married to my wonderful husband, Chris for 8 years and we have 3 beautiful girls, Chlóe -16, Annabelle -2, and Bonnie Skye -1. I have been teaching for 12 years and have taught Spanish here at the Charter School for 7.
Spanish 2010-11:I am SO excited to have the privilege to teach your child Spanish this year. It is my hope that your child will grow to love the Spanish language and that he/she will look forward to coming to learn.
